For anyone wondering what happened to the egg I found inside my pheasant roadkill – here’s the answer. I just fried it up with bacon and had it for lunch!
The egg was delicious and much richer than a hen’s egg, albeit, much smaller. I have actually bought pheasant’s eggs by the half dozen from the butcher before, but this is the first one that I’ve had that wasn’t laid.
